POLYSTONE A unique blend of natural marble and high tech polymers captures the intricate detail of the artist original creation. Our products are lightweight and easy to move. Polystone is durable and weather-resistant. Most fountains are plumbed with copper tubing. PROTECTING FINISH A high quality polyurethane weather sealant has been applied to protect the finish against environmental factors. To maintain the high quality finish, we recommend that outdoor pieces be sealed at least once a year with an exterior grade polyurethane clear enamel paint which can be purchased at a local hardware or paint store. Chemicals added to the water, such as bleach may damage the finish, if not protected. Packaging Most products are individually packaged with Styrofoam molds. Products arrive safely via FedEx Ground, UPS, or other common carrier. Returns All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any products returned for reasons other than damages, defects or shipping error will be assessed a 20% re-stoking fee if the product is returned to us in restockable condition and in original packing. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
