Description
Monster Stone's Sheep The Horns on this Monster Stone's Sheep are real .... Not Reproductions. They rank #60 in the World all-time! Officially scored B&C 177 6/8" Net (The left Horn measures over 42 inches in length & the right Horn measures over 41 inches in length) COLLECTORS PAY ATTENTION: Up for auction is one of the largest North American Stone's Sheep ever offered on ebay. This monster Ram ranks #60 in the World based on its official score. Pictured in our Wildlife Museum along side a record book Dall's Sheep ... this auction is only for the Stone's Sheep. We are selling several of the record book Rams out of our museum collection to replace with other mounts this summer. Although this incredible Ram has never been entered into the B&C record book, it may be eligible to be submitted for consideration as a "trophy of unknown origin". Trophies taken by hunters (archery, modern firearm, muzzleloader, etc.) in Fair Chase are eligible for listing in the records books and for reciept of awards. "Pick-ups" and trophies of "unknown origin" are not eligible for awards, but may be accepted for listing in records books. Entry procedures for picked-up trophies or trophies of unknown origin do not require an Entry Affidavit, a Hunter, Guide and Hunt Information form, or a copy of the hunting license/tag. Otherwise the entry prodecure is the same for as for hunter-taken trophies. Only trophies taken in North America, north of the south border of Mexico, are eligible for entry. All trophies accepted in the Club's Awards Program receive a full-color certificate listing the trophy category and score, the owner's name, as well as the Awards Program and acceptance date. We do not guarantee that the Boone and Crockett Club will accept this trophy for listing in records books as they reserve the right to reject any trophy entry that fails to fully satisfy entry requirements. We can only guarantee that the Horns on this trophy are real and have been scored by a B&C Official Measurer. The purchaser of the Horns will receive the original signed score sheet. These incredible set of Horns have been mounted on a straight on looking shoulder mannikin with a brand new Stone's Sheep Cape for years of enjoyment and appreciation in value. The mount is in perfect condition as the Taxidermy is less than 2 years old. A Stone's Sheep with the Size, Mass and overall Symmetry such as this is extremely rare.
